Market Activity Summary for July

Single Family - $378,979

Single family homes are down 3.1% from June, but remain 1.5% higher than prices in July 2009.

Condo - $240,371

Condo prices are being affected by the volume of units available and prices are down 1.5% from June. Keep in mind that the average price of condominiums in February 2010 was $231,530, indicating the low point for pricing in Condos this year

Residential - $329,734

Traditionally, prices tend to soften at this time of year and coupled with the high inventory on the market at the end of June, it’s expected to see a dip in prices. Residential homes were down 1.7% from June.
