Market Activity Summary for February

Single Family - $369,573

In February, single family home prices on average were stable with a slight increase, up 1.4% from January and up 5.6% from February 2009.

Condo - $231,530

Condominium prices dipped 3.8% in the month, from $240,686 in January

Residential - $316,765

The average residential price was $316,765 in February, up from $314,783 in January.

Based on residential sales in the Edmonton and Area MLS system compated to the previous month.
