Just so it doesn't seem like I'm picking on the boys because believe me I'm not... but here's a bit of a sticky situation for both guys and girls... You're out with friends and you see another friend's significant other getting a little cozy with someone else... What do you do... confront them on your own... tell your friend about it... or keep quiet and pretend you saw nothing!?!?!?!
Up for grabs I've got another 2 pairs of tickets to join me Tuesday night at the opening of "Legally Blonde" the musical at the Jubilee Auditorium... Remember with your name I also need your phone number so I can get a hold of you after 5:00pm this afternoon! Good Luck!

With this past Monday being Valentine's Day... I know some couples that still go all out and others just treat it like another day... I'm one of the lucky ones because Randy remembered!!! However, my friend wasn't so lucky because her husband forgot! No card, no flowers, nothing!!! So to make up for it he wants to celebrate this week-end but she doesn't want any part of it because the day is over... What to you think she should do??? Go along with his plan and make the most of it... Or make him suffer some more?!??!
Remember 3 pairs of tickets are up for grabs to join me Tuesday night at the opening of "Legally Blonde" the musical at the Jubilee Auditorium... and don't forget while you're leaving your comments to also leave me your phone number because I'll be drawing the winners just after 5:00pm tonight!

I don't know about you but more and more everyday I'm noticing Christmas commercials are starting to flood our T.V.'s... Of course the stores have already had their decorations out early October... but is it too soon its only November 8th??? I like to at least get through Halloween, Remembrance Day and the Grey Cup before we start to decorate our house but on the flip side... Christmas is such a wonderful time of the year and it just comes and goes way to fast so I don't know maybe its not too soon... What do you think... Is it too soon to start thinking of the holiday season early November or not??? and when do you start your decorating and shopping???
Speaking of Halloween... Here's my Scooby-doo this year!!!

I write this as not only as someone who has had the pleasure to work with Bruce Bowie for the past 6 years but as a listener for the last 21... To say that Bruce is "one of the good guys" is such an understatement... He's truly one of the most nicest and genuine people I've ever met and I'm going to miss him like crazy... While doing the overnights I managed to escape the stories Bruce and Sean would tell once I left and instead they would turn their focus on poking fun at my husband (which really isn't hard to do!!!) every morning he would pop his head into the control room to say "Good Morning" or wave through the control room window... He's always made me feel like I was "one of the family" and is definitely someone I admire and someone I call "friend"... I wish him all the best at our ...

What an amazing performance Carolyn Dawn Johnson gave us earlier today here at the CISN studios... Her new album "Love Rules" is in stores now and I highly recommend picking it up... Carolyn Dawn is also going to be a part of the CCMA Fanfest show at West Edmonton Mall so if you didn't get a chance to see her today during the "Mom & Tots" show you'll still have another opportunity!!!!

Big Valley was amazing!!! So many firsts for me this past week-end... I started broadcasting from the Molson Canadian Saloon Thursday night at the Kick off party and had a chance to chit chat with the Keats who opened up the show... I met Mark Chesnutt whom I've loved forever... and I got to hang out with Chris Cagle after his set (He is so cool!!!) that was just day 1!!!! Saturday night before her set Randy and I got to meet Martina McBride who is so gorgeous... actually Randy was pretty mesmerized by her eyes and of course was too tall for the picture so he had to crouch down (I need to get my hands on that photo) and then came CISN day Sunday... I have never seen a more excited group of people to see Keith Urban than all of us and actually I shouldn't say that because ...
