Friday was the Hockey Marathon in St. Albert, both Saturday and Sunday I had the privilege of attending 630 CHED's minor hockey roadshow and then again, both Saturday and Sunday, I found myself hanging out at the Silver Skate festival admiring the gorgeous, gorgeous snow sculptures.
I even spent some time chatting with one of the sculptor’s and had the chance to learn about how these people create these amazing pieces of art. He told me that it is never predetermined before, what they are going to create. They just get the snow and sort of go in with an idea, but he said that the snow has the final say in what it is going to become!
Next weekend, I will be out at the Sherwood Park Bridal Shower, hosted by the Welcome Wagon! Make sure if you have ANY kind of event that you'd like me to attend, just let me know!!
