It doesn’t matter how much time goes by, our love of Harry Potter just keeps growing and growing! Did you take time to hit up the Harry Potter pop up shops this weekend?
I didn’t make it because I was working, but I heard it was so much fun (even though the line ups were intense) Check out some of the fun here. We also have a Harry Potter festival coming Friday October 13th! If you appreciate those, I know you’ll love this teacher. Mr. Ely has spent 5 years turning his classroom into Hogwarts! “The BEST reaction was a student stopped in the doorway stunned and his jaw nearly fell to the floor. His eyes were wide opened and darting around to every corner of the room to catch all the details. That was a lot of fun to watch.” Says Mr. Ely
“I love Harry Potter because of the impact it had on me as a kid. Being a kid can be tough sometimes, and there were times where I felt weird or that I didn’t belong to any circle of friends. Reading the books was a way to escape and feel like I did belong,” says Mr. Ely
Maybe you or your teacher friend wants to try something like this?
“The lessons in the books about acceptance, loyalty, and integrity stayed with me and inform a lot of the philosophy I have in my approach to teaching and how I interact with my students.” You can take a full tour of his classroom below!
