I recently came across a technique called The 5 Second Rule developed by author and speaker Mel Robbins. Looking to improve myself I thought I would give this simple rule a try. The results have been impressive in a short period of time and have positively impacted my day to day life. The great part about the 5 Second rule is it’s very easy to start using immediately in your life. Nothing esoteric here just a quick practical solution to get you going when life has you stuck, in a rut or you feel there is more you could be doing.
Don’t think I didn’t deliberate for a long time about sharing this Mel Robbins talk and technique. Would people think this is stupid and it’s official Randy really has lost it. After watching Mel’s Success talk I thought it was one of the best motivational short speeches I have ever seen. Then I thought how can I not share it with you. If it helps just one person even in the smallest way it would be worth it. Sometimes life can be as simple as 5-4-3-2-1.
