The #1 song on CISN Country’s CMT Weekend with Paul McGuire is Craving You from Thomas Rhett Featuring Maren Morris. This the third week at #1 on the countdown and Thomas’s eighth #1 song.
Topping both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase charts Craving You, which features Maren Morris, gives Rhett his second number one of 2017. Taking 15 weeks to achieve the feat, Craving You is the fastest-rising song of Rhett’s career so far.
“I heard this song went No. one this morning while I was on vacation with my family,” said Thomas Rhett. “It just reminded me how everything about this song has been fun. From having Maren sing on it, to making a really rad video to just feeling the energy from the fans each night when we play it live. It’s an unbelievable way to start out this record. I really can’t wait to share more.”
Craving You is the lead single from Rhett’s upcoming third album, which is due for release later this year. Currently Rhett is on the road with his Home Team Tour and he’ll be heading to Europe with the show later this year as well as making his debut headlining run in Canada.

Wedding bells will soon be ringing for Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd. They announced their engagement last Sunday. “We had been friends for only a couple of years, but there was always this writing chemistry in the room, and eventually, the timing of it was undeniable. We had such a foundation built off writing so many songs over the years that we were like, ‘Why are we avoiding this?’ ” Morris said.
