According to one new study, pasta doesn’t make you fat…in fact, diets including pasta are “linked to the reduced likelihood of abdominal obesity”.

Neuromed in Pozzilli, Italy”, here – or check out the video below! Essentially, researchers found that people who ate pasta are more likely to follow the Mediterranean Diet, which emphasizes fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, and whole grains, and they think that might be why pasta-eaters had healthier weight markers.
But you might want to take these results with a grain of salt…too good to be true? Maybe…
