Starting Tuesday morning at 6am, our very own Chris Scheetz is doing something very daring for that final ticket push leading up to the Big Fire Aid concert on Wednesday.
With the help from the Parkland Country Firefighters and their ladder truck, Chris will be tucked away in the bucket and sent up in the air for all to see. Chris will then be “hanging out” till Wednesday afternoon, encouraging people that haven’t done so yet to pick up their Fire Aid tickets for the show that day. Just as the Province came together for those of Fort McMurray, he’s hoping that this will remind folks that the people of Fort Mac still need our help, and that picking up a ticket to the Fire Aid show is an incredible way of showing support for all of those affected by this terrible disaster. lets join Chris to thank our first responders, Albertans and the many stars donating their time to support the Fort McMurray United way.
He’ll be located at Entrec Crane Services, which is just off the Yellowhead and Highway 60. And if you’re wondering if you’ll be able to see him from the Yellowhead, don’t worry, you won’t be able to miss him! We encourage everyone to swing by the truck and give Chris a honk of support, and if you haven’t done so yet, please help Chris and all of those touched by this terrible tragedy and pick up your Fire Aid tickets now!
