He’s no stranger to success on the charts, heck even his Greatest Hits album as Chris Gaines reached #2, and even after 13 years away from the commercial country world, Garth Brooks is back at #1 with his album Man Against Machine.
Released November 11th, Man Against Machine became Garth’s first studio release since 2001’s Scarecrow. Having sold over 130 000 copies since it’s release, Man Against Machine sits atop Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and ranks #4 on the all-genre Billboard 200 which is lead for the third week in a row by Taylor Swift’s 1989.
Out on a massive world tour, planned to be three years long, that seems to be breaking attendance records in each location it visits, Garth may be busier than ever. He also recently did something he said he’d never do….join Twitter! Connect with Brooks here!
The second single from the album, “Mom”, will be released early next week but Garth gave us a chance to check it out early with a performance on ABC’s Good Morning America from back in early November. Have a listen!
