After announcing a total of 10 shows crammed into 7 days, Garth Brooks has set another record. The record for ticket sales in Chicago was previously set by Garth, and now he’s smashed that record into about a million pieces.
On October 21-26, 1997 and December 18 and 19, 1997, Garth set a personal record in the windy city, selling 141 717 tickets to his shows. Today he surpassed that record by a landslide; selling over 180 000 tickets and counting.
The first 10 shows of the tour will all be taking place in Chicago with both Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood. More show announcements and a new music from Garth will be coming soon.
