The CMT Awards may just be the most rewarding of all award shows for you, the fans.  First and foremost, you pick the winners! Voting goes on-line at CMT.com through Sunday so log on and make your selection.  Once the broadcast begins, voting will once more open for the big award of the night, Video of the Year.

Miranda Lambert leads the way with six nominations, Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan follow closely with five nominations each.  Those three acts will also perform on the show, with Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and Eric Church already announced to play for us as well!

The folks at CMT did not stop there, announcing another round of acts confirmed to take the stage earlier this week.  Hunter Hayes, Kacey Musgraves, Brantley Gilbert, Dierks Bentley, Jake Owen, Jennifer Nettles, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Lee Ann Womack and Little Big Town will also perform! Anyone else?

Well, yes!  Brett Eldredge, Cole Swindell, Dan & Shay, Danielle Bradbery, David Nail, Thomas Rhett and Tyler Farr will all play on the Nationwide Insurance Stage giving this year’s show more live performances than ever before!

Take my word for it, you’ll want to tune in when Kristen Bell hosts the 2014 CMT Awards live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, June 4th at 8pm/et!

Check out one of the highlights of last year’s show below, Taylor Swift singing “Red”!
