Hunter Hayes is attempting to break a Guinness World Record for the most concerts in multiple cities in a 24 hour period.
He’s calling it the Hunter Hayes 24 Hour Road Race to End Child Hunger, which will benefit Feeding America.
The 22-year old started the 24 hour tour at 8 this morning in New York on Good Morning America and will end after a 5am concert in Philadelphia tomorrow morning.
The “Invisible” singer has been advised to stay away from coffee and talking during this 24 hour stretch. “No coffee,” he tells MTV.com. “That would be the worst thing, you get even more tired because of it. My goal is to not to talk in between the shows because talking is actually much harder on my voice then singing, apparently. I’m learning slowly, but surely. I’ll learn all the lessons by the end of it.”
Hunter is attempting to break the world record previously set by The Flaming Lips.
