Getting started in the gym can be quite intimidating, just ask our health & fitness guru Brooke Lazor how I was when I started. Let’s just say I was a wee bit nervous.

I see it too often! Someone new to the gym comes and kinda swings the handles and pedals around on one of the Crosstrainers, isn’t working hard enough, gets bored, and leaves after 10 minutes. Not the best plan. Know how long you should be working out each day, write it out, and follow through! My recommendations are:
